Tonight after an eleven hour day at the wheel including the
mind-blowing Stelvio pass we arrived in Brescia Italy and parked
on an historic square before heading to an old villa that has
been re-purposed as a luxury hotel way beyond our pay grade.
It seems those who have made it this far are being rewarded with
some splendor to keep them hooked and enthusiastic. I'm not
complaining but we are dog tired and need some sleep.
Fortunately tomorrow is a later departure that will allow for
some lingering under the covers.
The little Fiat continues to exceed expectation and performed
brilliantly today against to the challenge of the Stelvio pass.
She gets to go right back up in the opposite direction tomorrow.
